Application Procedure for entry with a Master's degree

Application is made directly to the department.
An application form is available for download as either a Acrobat PDF or as Microsoft Word document.
No fee is charged for submitting an application.
In addition to the application form, however, the applicant must request that the following documentation be sent to the department of biochemistry and molecular biology directly:

• Three letters of recommendation from undergraduate or graduate instructors or other persons who are familiar with the applicant's academic performance in science courses and/or in a research setting.
• Recent scores obtained on the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE). An advanced subject examination test taken in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or in cell and molecular biology is encouraged.
• An official copy of the applicant's undergraduate and graduate transcripts.

Qualifications

The prospective graduate student must have completed a master's degree in one of the following areas: chemistry, biology, or a related field with outstanding scholastic achievement.
